When you go to a dentist the first thing they are going to tell you is to wash your teeth twice daily or even after each and every meal if you can. Flossing is a good way of taking all the residues off your teeth because sometimes when we eat food gets stuck in our teeth and just because we can't see it doesn't mean it's not there. Another thing he is going to tell you is to use a toothbrush that fits in your mouth because a lot of times we use toothbrushes that won't cover our whole teeth or that are too big and won't properly clean our teeth. So always use a toothbrush that will fit in your mouth and that will clean out your teeth very well. Also make sure you change your toothbrush every six months or so because toothbrushes can get dirty and keep a lot of bacteria that you really don't want on your teeth. Another good way of keeping your teeth clean is to visit your dentist a few times a year because they are the ones that will know if you have cavities, need to have some teeth removed, or just anything that you might have. So remember, go on a whiter teeth diet so you can have the best smile anyone has ever seen from you. |
